Braggadocio

In our typical life, we claim to be so nature loving, hard working, somewhat honest and most importantly religious.  Religion is a funny business, destitute people can not afford it; and affluent people can even mould it.I am not able to understand yet what is a religion, no one is sure of its origin but still people would go to great lengths to 'protect' it!
Have we ever asked to ourselves that is it worth it?
"We worry so much in the world in which we are temporary."
Religion has segregated us not only in respect with traditions, culture and practices but in humanity as a whole. People get offended even if someone just put their thoughts on the table, people have become less patience and over conservative. Ironically these kind of 'devoted' people are the one who have never really understand the true concept of religion.

In my views, religion is for sure betterment of the society but till present, it has been distorted in so many ways by the megalomaniacs that it lost its relevance and humanity .

Instant ''Triple Talaq" is one of the example. There's no such practice in the Quran. In fact divorce is considered repented with respect to the fidelity of marriage in Quran; according to it the couple shall wait for three menstrual periods to reconsider their decision. Triple talaq has to happen on three different occasions.

Mob Lynching by the 'cow vigilantes' is also one of the despicable act. Such cases are soaring up since 2014 resulting in communal tensions and riots. Violence couldn't be the only way to protect cows; more cows die eating plastics than at slaughter house. Plastic pollution kills more sacred cows than in any slaughter house. But people are busy in bragging their 'devotion' through such gruesome acts.

As Mahatma Gandhi has said and I quote "God has no religion."

"Humanity should be our Race, and Love should be our Religion...."
